Through our Wind & Wave Program, Success From Within seeks six volunteer speakers per school to inspire elementary school students by sharing personal stories, life experiences, or lessons about perseverance, confidence, responsibility, and success.
We teach students that their greatest competition is themselves. The goal is not to be better than someone else, but to improve upon who they were last month.

We encourage speakers to engage students by asking questions, inviting participation, recognizing their efforts, and celebrating their progress. Help each child feel seen, valued, and capable of achieving more.
Your Commitment
Just 2 hours, once a month, January through June each year.
You don't need to be famous or a professional speaker. All you need is a meaningful story, a valuable lesson, and a desire to make a difference.
