What Success From Within collects on this website, why, who sees it, and how to turn analytics off. Effective October 8, 2026.
Who we are
Success From Within is a nonprofit in Fresno, California that runs mentorship and education programs for students. Questions about this policy go to privacy@successfromwithin.org or 559-222-1818.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address and message.
- Donations. Donate buttons go to PayPal. PayPal tells us your name, email and gift amount. We never see your card or bank details.
- Analytics. Pages viewed, how you found us, device and browser type, and an approximate location. See below.
We do not collect information about students through this website.
How we use it
To answer your messages, thank donors and keep required records, keep the site secure and working, and learn which pages help students and families most. Nothing else.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, so we know what’s helping students and families and what isn’t. It works by saving a small cookie in your browser.
Analytics is on unless you turn it off. You can do that anytime with the link at the bottom of any page, and we’ll stop collecting that information and remove the cookie. If your browser is set to ask websites not to track you, we turn analytics off for you.
Videos on our pages play from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. If a page breaks, our error reports may include a short record of what went wrong, with anything you typed or saw on the page hidden.
Who we share it with
- Imaginarii LLC builds, hosts and maintains this website for us as our service provider, using cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Google for analytics, and Google Workspace email, which delivers contact form messages to us.
- PayPal for donations, under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety.
Children
This site is for parents, families, schools and the community. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email privacy@successfromwithin.org and we will delete it.
Your choices and requests
Email privacy@successfromwithin.org to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update it here and change the effective date. Using the site is also covered by our terms of use. Effective date: October 8, 2026.
