Terms of use
The ground rules for using the Success From Within website, in plain language. Effective October 8, 2026.
Using this site
Success From Within runs this website to tell students, families, schools and supporters about our programs. You’re welcome to use it. Please be respectful, and don’t try to break into it, overload it, or copy its content in bulk with automated tools.
Donations
Donations are processed by PayPal under its own terms. Success From Within is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so your gift is tax-deductible as the law allows, and we’ll send you a receipt. If you made a mistake, like the wrong amount or a duplicate gift, email privacy@successfromwithin.org within 30 days and we’ll make it right. Refunds go back through PayPal to the account you paid with. Otherwise donations aren’t refundable.
Programs and events
Program and event details on this site can change, so please check with us before you plan around them. Taking part in a program is covered by that program’s own sign-up forms and waivers, not by this page. If this site and a program form ever disagree, the form wins.
Content and photos
The words, logos, photos and videos here belong to Success From Within or are used with permission. Please ask us before you reuse them. We only share photos of students with permission, and if you want a photo taken down, email privacy@successfromwithin.org and we’ll remove it. Sharing a link to any page is always fine.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we don’t run, like PayPal, YouTube and social media. We aren’t responsible for what those sites say or do.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep this site accurate and working, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses that come from using it.
California law and changes
These terms are governed by California law. If we change them, we’ll update this page and the effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
